Premium residential
Per-gigabyte premium residential proxies whose traffic never expires. Any dynamic residential sub-account connects by adding type-premium to the username, with country, state, city, device OS targeting and 1–120 minute sticky sessions.
Premium residential is a second per-gigabyte residential line with its own balance that never expires. It needs no separate sub-account: add type-premium to the username of any dynamic residential sub-account and that connection uses premium residential routes and balance.
curl -x 'http://USERNAME-type-premium-country-US:PASSWORD@GATEWAY_HOST:58971' \
https://api.ipify.org
Gateway host, port and protocols are the same as dynamic residential; HTTP and SOCKS5 share 58971.

Billing and purchase
- Unit: GB. Buy it on the Pricing tab of the Premium residential page in the console.
- Volume tiers: the whole order is priced at the tier its GB amount falls into. Tiers and prices are shown on the purchase page.
- Per purchase: 1–100,000 GB.
- The balance never expires. It accumulates per user and is shared by all dynamic residential sub-accounts.
- Metering matches dynamic residential: only payload bytes forwarded in both directions inside the tunnel count, at a 1:1 ratio. See Traffic accounting.
- Premium residential traffic can also be moved or redeemed with Traffic CDKs.

Apart from type, options keep the order country → state/region → city → os → session → time. The full rules are in the username option reference.
# Los Angeles + Windows device + 30-minute sticky session
curl -x 'http://USERNAME-type-premium-country-US-state-California-city-Los%20Angeles-os-windows-session-job1-time-30:PASSWORD@GATEWAY_HOST:58971' \
https://api.ipify.org
# Outside the US, choose a city
curl -x 'http://USERNAME-type-premium-country-GB-state-England-city-London:PASSWORD@GATEWAY_HOST:58971' \

Sessions and rotation
The same as dynamic residential: with session + time the exit IP is kept for the duration where possible; without session every new TCP connection gets a new exit. The same session value is a separate session on premium residential and on dynamic residential. See Sticky sessions and rotation.
Programmatic extraction
Add product=premium to the Extract API to extract premium residential ports, optionally with os:
curl 'https://api.example.com/api/v1/proxy/extract?apikey=YOUR_KEY&num=5&product=premium&country=US&os=windows&session=sticky&time=10'
It uses the same proxy account API key and IP whitelist, and the ports draw from the premium residential balance. With a balance of 0 it returns 402 proxy_extract_traffic_exhausted.
Access restrictions
Premium residential restricts government sites, game console networks, mail ports and more; see Access restrictions and usage rules.
